New spring 2010 computer/office tech,
web programming classes open at Berkeley City College
BERKELEY —Computer and office technology classes, two-year associate degree, and one-year occupational certificate programs in office technology, web programming, and computer information systems begin Thur., Jan. 21, at Berkeley City College. Enrollment is open through Sat., Feb. 6.
Classes provide hands-on training in the latest versions of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint presentation graphics, as well as desktop publishing with In-Design; data base management; and Web programming software.
Register via Internet at www.peralta.edu or at Berkeley City College, 2050 Center St. between Shattuck Ave. & Milvia St., only one-half block from the downtown Berkeley BART station and AC-Transit lines.
